RWBW will be playing the KEXP showcase at the first annual Northside Music Festival in Brooklyn. It all happens at Europa on Friday, June 12th. Show starts at 7pm, so be sure to get there early. Check out the SHOWS page for more info.

We’ve been laying low a bit working on our debut LP.  I’m feeling pretty good about it.  The working title is Robots and Roses.  We’re mixing the record with Britt Meyers (he did Chairlift’s debut which sounds dope).  We’re shooting for having the record out in early September.

RWBW is hitting the road next week for a mini tour that has us ping-ponging between New York City and several cities and towns across the mid-Atlantic region. If you are in Deleware, Pennsylvania, New York or lower New Jersey come on out and say hello. Check the SHOWS page for dates and locations.

Lots of people have been saying nice things about R Dubs and the new EP. We’ve gotten shout outs from RCRD LBL, The Tape, We Like It Indie, The Deli NYC, and others.

The new EP is now in the hot little hands of every indie radio station on the air and on the internet. Of course many of the DJs on these stations will instantly recognize the genius of RWBW and put the CD in heavy rotation. However, some might need a little push. Why not call up your favorite DJ or radio station and request a track from the Compass EP? That would be so great.

The new EP comes out on November 25th on Tough Customer Records. This is basically the same EP that we put out on our own back in February, only it has been remastered and the semi-slow jam “Dying Or Insane” has been replaced by the previously unreleased ass-kicking party starter “Locked Out.”
